About Us
Our Mission
Enable all players to access the latest cutting edge information and guidance from professional players that utilize the techniques and information to hone their craft on a daily basis.
Better Each Pitch is on my glove as a reminder to use each throw as an opportunity to better myself. This further represents the individual nature of each pitch and not letting a good or bad pitch effect the next one, a heightened and detailed focus to gain something from each pitch, discipline to love the process and an ever present drive to be the best player I am capable of being.

Trevor was a three-year varsity player at Venice High School and spent his summers competing with the Florida Burn. In college, he made an immediate impact—leading High Point University in innings pitched and strikeouts as a freshman—before transferring to Chipola College, where he was a starting pitcher during their run to the NJCAA World Series Championship. He later continued his career at the University of Central Florida and signed with the New York Yankees in 2020, playing in their organization until 2023. Trevor finished his playing career overseas with the Regensburg Legionnaires in Germany.
Coaching Philosophy
Now back with the Florida Burn as a coach, Trevor is passionate about teaching the game at a high level. He emphasizes athletic movement, respect for the game, and building complete players. His approach centers on helping athletes maximize their strengths while developing their weaknesses through personalized training programs. Trevor believes every player is unique, and that individuality—combined with discipline and competitive drive—is what leads to winning baseball.
