Velocity - Throw harder and give the hitter less time to react. This program will guide you to develop more velocity by training your body to operate at maximal intent while maintaining stability and athleticism. You will complete an online form and send video to our coaches and receive feedback from them after each training session. There will be 3 training days per week plus a pre and post test evaluation.
NOTE: Items required to complete this program are JBands (1 set), 2 pound/1000g plyo ball, double handled med ball 15 or 16 lbs, instability bag 10-20 pounds water weight, Digital Hand Dynamometer Grip Strength Measurement Meter, throwing baseballs and a target/net/wall to throw against. Command - Throw more strikes and control more counts with the ability to command your nasty pitches. You will train your body and mind using proprioception and delivery consistency. There will be 3 training days per week. This is an 8 week program.

On-Ramping - Season is right around the corner! Get your arm ready to handle the demands of a long season with this custom program. Improve performance and arm health while minimizing fatigue by properly preparing your body to handle the stress of overhead throwing. You'll need 10 weeks to complete this program. This program is intended to be completed BEFORE the season begins.

Holiday Break Throwing - Prepare for your spring season! Most injuries come between fall and spring seasons because athletes are not properly preparing to compete when they get back to campus. Zoom with a coach and get a customized program to stay ready to perform at the highest level. This is a 4 week program.

Throwing in Season - Keep your arm in shape by balancing recovery with the appropriate throwing volume to keep you healthy and feeling good all season. Receive a customized program with access to a coach through email once a week for 3 months to make necessary tweaks based on mound schedule and how you feel.

Warm Ups/Routines - Your warm up and routine will set the tone on how efficiently and effectively you can train. As a pitcher, you are limited on how many throws you can make, so maximizing your training time is important.
